Chris Kramedjian

Managing Director, Shearwater Commodity Research

Chris Kramedjian is the Managing Director at Shearwater Commodity Research, where he leads research on commodity markets, especially cotton.  He began his cotton journey in 2010 as a Risk Management Consultant at INTL FCStone (now StoneX), providing training and advice on derivatives and market trends. Chris brought his knowledge and experience to Plains Cotton Cooperative Association in 2016 as the Director of Risk Management, overseeing risk management and analytics for the firm. In 2022, he left PCCA for his current role at Shearwater Commodity Research. Chris is known for his strong analytical skills and his ability to turn complex issues into practical insights. 

The biennial COTTON USA™ Summit is hosted by Cotton Council International and the U.S. cotton industry in cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Services (FAS).
