  • The COTTON USA™ Summit is an invitation-only event for the global cotton industry and guests. The event is not open to the general public.

  • Registration fees are 100% refundable prior to October 11, 2024. 50% of the Registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made between October 12 - 28, 2024. No refunds will be given for cancellations received starting October 29, 2024.

  • The Omni La Costa Resort is located 30 miles from San Diego International Airport (SAN).

  • Summit staff will be available to answer any questions at the Summit Information Center starting Monday, November 11, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

    The Summit Information Center Hours are:

    1:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Monday, November 11

    7:30 am - 5:00 pm on Tuesday, November 12

    7:30 am - 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 13.

  • We want you to be comfortable; therefore, the dress code during the COTTON USA™ Summit is business casual. This means long pants and sports shirts for men and casual pants and skirts for women. All receptions, dinners and lunches are business casual. The daily high during this season is usually 69° F (28° C) and the daily low is 53° F (19° C).

  • The COTTON USA™ Summit officially begins with the Welcome to Southern California Reception and Dinner on Monday evening, November 11, and concludes with the Closing Evening Dinner on Wednesday, November 13. Meals during scheduled Summit functions are provided as part of your Summit Registration. Any food and beverage outside of scheduled Summit functions will need to be at the individual Summit attendee’s expenses. This includes — but is not limited to — restaurants, bars and room service.

  • Your COTTON USA™ Summit registration includes three room nights (space permitting at the time registration is accepted): Monday, November 11, Tuesday, November 12, and Wednesday, November 13. When making travel plans, please consider arriving on the morning of November 11 and departing, when convenient, on November 14 so that you can take advantage of all Summit events.

The biennial COTTON USA™ Summit is hosted by Cotton Council International and the U.S. cotton industry in cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Services (FAS).
