Hank Reichle

President and Chief Executive Officer, Staplcotn

Henry N. “Hank” Reichle, Jr., is President and CEO of Staplcotn, the oldest and largest cotton cooperative in the United States. He has led the U.S. mid-south/southeastern based, farmer-owned cotton company since 2018. Prior to joining Staplcotn in 2004, he served as Chief Financial Officer with the international based cotton exchange, The Seam, and before then as an auditor with Ernst and Young. Mr. Reichle earned his Bachelor of Accounting degree at the University of Mississippi.

Hank serves on multiple agriculture-related boards including The Seam, the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol, AMCOT, Wildwood Cotton Technologies, and the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives. He is currently the National Cotton Council cooperative vice-president and is a past-president of Cotton Council International. He is also active on several boards serving regional economic interests including the Memphis Branch of the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank and Delta Council, a Mississippi Delta focused economic development organization. He and his wife, Merritt, reside in Greenwood, Mississippi and have three sons.

The biennial COTTON USA™ Summit is hosted by Cotton Council International and the U.S. cotton industry in cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Services (FAS).
