Neil Woods

Vice President & Head of Supply Chain, Olam Agri

Neil Woods is an experienced cotton operations and supply chain leader, with over 27 years of experience in the cotton industry. As Vice President & Head of supply Chain at Olam Agri, he currently oversees end-to-end logistics, execution, warehousing, and systems. Neil’s career began at Cargill Cotton, where he held the position of Global Trade Execution, Warehousing & Logistics Leader. Later, he contributed to the establishment of BTG Pactual Banks’s U.S. Cotton trading operation. Neil has actively participated in multiple industry organizations and committees worldwide and is currently serving as Vice President of the Southern Cotton Association and as an active board member of the American Cotton Shippers Association.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Liverpool, UK.
